Donnie Donohue:  Guitarist, Singer, Songwriter - SOLD OUT!

Donnie Donohue is back after a 14-year hiatus!  Once a Queen Street mainstay in the mid 80’s to early 90’s on the Toronto scene, he quickly moved to the national scene as a member of the Razorbacks. Endless touring, TV, and radio appearances provided valuable insight into the music business.

Happy to be singing and playing guitar again, this solo performance will consist of original songs paired strategically to one of the many guitars Donnie has in his collection.

You don’t want to miss Donnie’s performance as his songs, his voice, and his playing are all top-notch.  We are honoured to have him perform at the Cool Music School!

Show Starts 7PM – 9:30 PM

Tickets are $20

Michael Cavanaugh:  Musician, Singer, Songwriter

Born in a very small town, Englishtown in Cape Breton, Michael began taking fiddle lessons at age 7 and has been developing his talent ever since. He also plays guitar, writes his own music and lyrics, and performs in multiple pubs, clubs, concerts and bars.  Most of his musical career has been spent in Cape Breton where he particularly enjoys hosting shows for the Annual Celtic Colours Festival.

Very recently he has relocated to Halifax, and is excited about his first show at our facility.  You won’t be disappointed as Michael performs a mixture of his own songs and some of his favourite covers.  His show will be a combination of guitar and fiddle coupled with his amazing voice and Cape Breton charm.

Check out a sample of Michael’s talent on YouTube.  http://youtu.be/fowoU-4q1RU
